Adyen is seeking an HR/People Technology Specialist to manage and innovate HR technology solutions, focusing on Workday. You'll work on payroll, benefits, and compensation functionalities while integrating AI into HR processes. This role requires experience with Workday and a passion for technology.
You are an HR/People Technology Specialist with a strong background in managing HR systems, particularly Workday. You have experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex HR processes and are passionate about delivering scalable solutions that support global expansion. Your expertise in Workday Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation functionalities sets you apart, and you are eager to embed Artificial Intelligence into HR operations. You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated to help teams succeed by leveraging technology to streamline processes.
Experience with additional HR tools such as Greenhouse is a plus. You are comfortable working in an office-first environment and value in-person collaboration. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can enhance HR operations.
In this role, you will own the global management of Workday, ensuring that the system is designed, built, and maintained to meet the needs of the organization. You will troubleshoot complex processes and work closely with the Global People Technology Team to innovate and improve HR technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing payroll and benefits processes, as well as compensation functionalities, ensuring they are efficient and user-friendly. You will actively contribute to embedding AI into HR workflows, enhancing the capabilities of the HR team.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective HR technology solutions. Your role will involve continuous improvement of the HR systems landscape, ensuring it remains simple and automated. You will also provide training and support to HR teams, helping them leverage technology to enhance their day-to-day operations. Your contributions will directly impact the scalability of the business and the success of the HR function.
