SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Enterprise Account Manager for Latin America to manage enterprise customer relationships and ensure contract fulfillment. This role requires strong operational skills and the ability to build executive relationships.
You have a proactive and process-oriented mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments while managing complex operational workflows. With experience in account management, you understand the importance of customer lifecycle management and are excited to take ownership of your portfolio of enterprise channel partners across Latin America. You excel at building trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical leads, ensuring that Starlink is positioned as a leader in the market.
You are skilled in monitoring revenue and identifying risks and opportunities, allowing you to drive commercial success effectively. Your ability to navigate the unique regulatory and compliance landscape of Latin America is a key asset, as you manage large hardware orders and ensure invoicing accuracy. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders, and you are committed to helping enterprise customers achieve long-term success with Starlink.
Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the specific challenges and opportunities present in Latin American markets. You may also have a background in sales or business development, which will enhance your ability to drive growth and retention for your accounts.
In this role, you will own the customer lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise channel partners across Latin America, guiding them from onboarding and activation through to long-term retention and growth. You will be responsible for driving commercial success by closely monitoring revenue, past dues, and pipeline, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending actions to close any gaps. Your role will involve managing complex operational workflows, including large hardware orders, invoicing accuracy, payment collections, customs clearance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements unique to the Latin American markets.
Building trusted executive relationships with customer stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will position Starlink as a valuable partner, ensuring that all contract terms are fulfilled and that accounts are set up for long-term success. You will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive satisfaction, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
