Plusgrade is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead the partner-focused marketing strategy. You'll collaborate with various departments to drive revenue growth and optimize partner success. This role requires strong strategic and project management skills.

As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will own and manage a portfolio of airline and hotel loyalty partners within the Americas region. You will serve as their strategic marketing lead and trusted advisor, developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance product penetration. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Data and Analytics, Product, and account teams to support the success of our partners. Your role will involve identifying best practices and optimization opportunities to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with partner needs and business objectives. You will also be responsible for reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
