As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling a range of digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners within your designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments. Your role will involve growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed, which will allow you to earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through effective account management. You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships across various industries will be key to your success, making each day unique and rewarding.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings projected between $100,000 and $110,000, and year two earnings between $110,000 and $130,000.
