Faire is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity to enhance and scale their global equity programs. This role requires strong judgment and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
You have a strong background in managing equity programs, ideally with experience in a public company setting. Your expertise allows you to build on existing foundations while enhancing the structure and scalability of equity operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring strong judgment to your decision-making processes. You are passionate about supporting independent businesses and understand the importance of equity in fostering a fair workplace.
Experience in a technology-driven company is a plus, as is familiarity with data and machine learning applications in business. You are resourceful and have a track record of successfully implementing equity programs that accommodate diverse needs. You believe in community and are motivated to help level the playing field for small businesses.
In this role, you will own and scale Faire’s global equity programs, ensuring they are robust and ready for public company standards. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that equity operations are aligned with the company's mission of supporting local businesses. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to enhance equity offerings, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of inclusivity within the organization.
