You are also committed to the professional development of your team, discovering training needs and providing coaching to help them excel in their roles.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Client Acquisition Team at Paytm, focusing on increasing the sale of EDC machines through effective channels to merchants across multiple locations. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that your team is motivated and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. You will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, resolving any issues that arise, and maintaining a high level of engagement with the merchant base.
