Taboola is hiring a Business Systems & Solutions Specialist to enhance workflows and productivity through CRM and GenAI solutions. You'll collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams and require 2-5+ years of experience in business systems.
You have 2–5+ years of hands-on experience working inside a CRM or similar business system — you've designed and built workflows and automations that enhance operational efficiency. Your strong understanding of sales or go-to-market business processes allows you to see how systems can support and improve these workflows. You have experience implementing GenAI solutions for business users, whether through configuration, applied use cases, or integrations. You are capable of working autonomously and taking ownership of deliverables, while also collaborating effectively with a manager based in a different time zone. Bonus points if you have light scripting or coding experience, particularly with Python, and familiarity with SQL or SOQL.
Experience with low-code or no-code tools is a plus, as you will be building and maintaining workflows and automations using drag-and-drop interfaces. Your familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics will help you excel in this role.
In this role, you will partner with Sales, Account Management, and Business Operations to understand their processes and translate their needs into effective system-based solutions. You will design, configure, and maintain workflows and automations within CRM and related business systems, ensuring that they are tailored to the specific needs of the teams you support. Your role will involve building and maintaining workflows, automations, and process improvements using low-code/no-code tools, which will help streamline operations and enhance productivity.
You will also implement and configure GenAI-powered solutions to support business users, ensuring that these tools are effectively integrated into existing workflows. Your ability to analyze and improve business processes will be crucial as you work to enhance the overall efficiency of the organization. You will be expected to take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions that leverage technology to drive results.
At Taboola, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000—$96,000 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
