You have a proven track record in consulting or customer success, ideally with experience in guiding clients through complex software implementations. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively diagnose customer needs based on their business objectives and technical requirements. You possess a blend of business and technical acumen, allowing you to recommend the best strategies for deploying HubSpot's software to meet customer goals. You are motivated and eager to contribute to the growth of HubSpot's enterprise team, helping to build relationships with accredited Solutions Partners.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support. Your ability to establish clear milestones, project plans, and timelines for execution is key to driving customer success. You are comfortable presenting plans to executive teams and influencing purchase decisions by instilling urgency and certainty in your recommendations.
Experience in a SaaS environment or familiarity with HubSpot's platform would be advantageous. A background in project management or experience working with cross-functional teams can enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning, ready to tackle the challenges that come with serving upmarket customers with advanced requirements.
As a Lead Services Consultant, you will take the lead in guiding prospects and customers through the implementation process of HubSpot's software.
