Rain is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to build and maintain data tools that drive insights across the organization. You'll work with SQL, Tableau, and Python to ensure data is actionable and impactful. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in data visualization.
You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, where you've developed a strong ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, ensuring that data is not just available but also useful for decision-making. You are proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, which you use to create dashboards that communicate key metrics clearly to stakeholders. Your experience with Python enables you to automate data processes and conduct advanced analyses, enhancing the efficiency of your work. You understand the importance of metric correctness and have a track record of reconciling definitions and running acceptance tests to ensure data integrity. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive data adoption and usage across the organization. You are curious and proactive, always looking for ways to improve data processes and contribute to the company's goals.
