You have a minimum of 3 years of experience leading Customer Success teams as a second line leader — you've successfully developed and coached managers and individual contributors to achieve their goals. Your background ideally includes working in SaaS, particularly in cloud infrastructure, observability, or developer tooling, which gives you a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space. You value collaboration and have a knack for building relationships that foster trust and alignment across teams.
You are adept at leveraging data and feedback to maintain an intimate understanding of customer experience issues and renewal risks — this proactive approach allows you to act on potential challenges before they escalate. Your strategic mindset enables you to seamlessly shift between high-level planning and detailed execution, ensuring that your teams are aligned with the company's objectives and customer needs.

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of managers distributed across the APJ region — your leadership will be crucial in driving effective collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Engineering, and Technical Post Sales Services. You will work closely with your management team and Enterprise Customer Success Managers to ensure the effective application of proactive customer engagement strategies, adapting them as necessary to meet local market needs.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining a deep understanding of potential customer experience issues and renewal risks, allowing you to act swiftly to mitigate these challenges. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and communication within your teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
You will be expected to provide coaching and development opportunities for your team members, helping them grow in their roles and achieve their professional aspirations. Your ability to balance high-level strategy with detailed execution will be essential in creating a positive impact on customer experience and retention at scale.
