Celonis is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive sales within existing enterprise customers in Switzerland. You'll apply a consultative sales approach to optimize business processes using their Process Intelligence platform. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in enterprise sales.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in SaaS environments. Your consultative sales approach allows you to create and cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You thrive in a collaborative environment, engaging with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and drive sales success. You are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and have a deep understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Your ability to translate complex challenges into compelling solutions is key to your success in this role.
Experience in selling process optimization solutions or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with AI and data-driven decision-making will enhance your ability to connect with clients and demonstrate the value of Celonis' offerings. A background in finance or supply chain management can also be beneficial, as these are key areas where our solutions are applied.
As a Senior Account Executive at Celonis, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing enterprise customers in Switzerland. You will engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and drive the adoption of our Process Intelligence platform. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities within your accounts, utilizing a land-and-expand strategy to maximize revenue potential. You will collaborate closely with partners, including consulting firms and other SaaS vendors, to enhance our sales efforts and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
You will hold an individual revenue target, focusing on closing six to seven-figure deals that contribute to the overall success of the Swiss Account Team. Your ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial as you drive sales motions across various business functions, particularly in finance and supply chain. You will leverage your expertise to translate core business challenges into actionable, AI-enabled use cases that deliver measurable results for our clients.
