Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully identified and engaged high-value prospects. Your strategic mindset allows you to navigate complex sales processes, and you thrive in environments that require collaboration with multiple stakeholders. You are self-driven and curious, always looking for ways to improve your approach and results. You understand the importance of company values and align your work ethic with those principles, ensuring authenticity and efficiency in your interactions. Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is essential for managing your outreach and tracking your progress effectively. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in fueling Wagmo's enterprise growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects within large organizations. You will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives and the Broker Channel Lead to open doors into forward-thinking companies. Your responsibilities will include generating qualified leads through strategic outreach, nurturing initial interest in Wagmo's benefits offerings, and collaborating with marketing to enhance lead generation efforts. You will be expected to manage your pipeline effectively using Salesforce, ensuring that all interactions are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner. You will also participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies that can help improve overall sales performance. Your role will be pivotal in building the foundation for large, multi-stakeholder deals, and you will be encouraged to bring your unique perspective to the table.
