Pathward is hiring an Entry-Level IT Support professional to serve as the initial point of contact for all IT support requests. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues at the Sioux Falls location.
You are an enthusiastic individual eager to start your career in IT support. You possess a basic understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, and you are ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all IT support requests, handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring that users receive timely assistance. You will accurately log, prioritize, and manage support requests, maintaining clear communication with users throughout the resolution process. You will collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues as needed, contributing to a culture of teamwork and problem-solving. You will also participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your technical skills and knowledge of the organization's technology services.
