You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, digital media, business development, or advertising agencies. You possess at least 2 years of experience in coaching or developing sales professionals, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire a team. Your problem-solving and communication skills are excellent, allowing you to thrive in an immersive, rapidly changing environment. You are knowledgeable and charismatic, capable of guiding client sales teams effectively.
As a Sales Manager at Google, you will lead and coach high-performing account teams that utilize consultative sales skills to understand advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will own the operations of the sales team, which includes portfolio management, team building, and key performance indicator measurement.
