You are proficient in JavaScript and React, enabling you to collaborate closely with developers to implement your designs seamlessly. You understand the principles of blockchain and web3 technologies, which helps you design solutions that resonate with users in the crypto space. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs within cross-functional teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and creativity.

Desirable

Experience with blockchain technologies or familiarity with the web3 ecosystem is a plus. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in UX design will enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

As a Senior UX Engineer at Consensys, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user experiences for the MetaMask platform, the most widely used wallet in the crypto space. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate design concepts, ensuring that the solutions you create meet the needs of our diverse user base. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision. Additionally, you will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the design team.
