Your analytical mindset enables you to tackle complex challenges in micromobility, and you are passionate about using data to shape the future of urban mobility. You understand the importance of monitoring performance metrics and are proactive in identifying areas for improvement. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering impactful results.
In this role, you will partner with various stakeholders, including product, engineering, data science, and operations teams, to conduct deep-dive analyses that address critical issues affecting hardware performance and system health. You will develop frameworks and business logic to streamline reporting processes, ensuring that data-driven insights are readily available for decision-making. Your work will directly impact strategic decisions regarding fleet deployment, staffing, and product changes, ultimately enhancing the performance experience for Lyft's customers. Lyft offers a competitive salary range for this position in the New York City area, with a pay range of $108,000 - $135,000, not inclusive of potential equity offerings, bonuses, or benefits.
