Who you are

You are a highly motivated and energetic candidate nearing the completion of a degree in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Digital Policy, or a related field. You have 1-2 years of internship or work experience, demonstrating your commitment to understanding the intersection of technology and policy. Your curiosity about techno-geopolitics and the societal impact of technological advancements drives your passion for this field. You are eager to learn and contribute to discussions about digital security, sustainability, and innovation in a rapidly changing world.

What you'll do

As an intern in the International Government Affairs (IGA) Team at Microsoft, you will engage with various stakeholders to understand and address the complex questions surrounding technological advancements. You will participate in discussions about the societal and economic impacts of technology across Europe, contributing your insights and research to support the team's objectives. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights into the workings of government affairs and corporate policy. Your role will involve assisting in the development of strategies that align with Microsoft's mission to empower every person and organization on the planet.
