Overview

Angi is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their People Ops team. You'll partner with leaders to drive engagement and support organizational strategy. This role requires strategic and data-driven thinking.

Who you are

You have a strong background in human resources, with at least 5 years of experience in HR business partnering or a similar role. You understand the importance of aligning people practices with business objectives and have a proven track record of driving engagement and supporting growth within organizations. Your strategic mindset allows you to analyze data effectively, enabling you to make informed decisions that benefit both employees and the company. You are a strong communicator, capable of building relationships with leaders and employees alike, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can influence positive change. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a global workforce, ensuring that people practices are tailored to meet diverse needs.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is a plus. Familiarity with performance management systems and employee engagement strategies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable using HR analytics tools to derive insights and drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

What you'll do
