What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior functional leaders within the Commercial organization at Trustpilot. You will support the alignment of people strategies with business goals, ensuring that the workforce is effectively engaged and performing at its best. Your responsibilities will include partnering with the business to identify opportunities for talent development and workforce effectiveness, as well as executing high-impact people initiatives that drive organizational performance. You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and the VP of Commercial in the UK, contributing to the overall success of the commercial function.
