You'll leverage your expertise in memory manufacturing processes and project management to drive product excellence. This role requires 10 years of experience in technical program management or engineering.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. With 10 years of experience in technical program management, sourcing, or engineering within the memory or semiconductor industry, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Your expertise includes memory manufacturing processes, test flows, and industry-standard quality frameworks. You have a proven track record of managing product life-cycles, from silicon design and sourcing to system-level integration. A Master's degree or PhD in a technical field is preferred, showcasing your commitment to advancing your knowledge in this area.

You possess a deep understanding of the memory industry landscape, including technologies, global capacity trends, and key supplier ecosystems. Your ability to influence C-suite leadership both internally and at external supplier organizations is complemented by your excellent communication skills. You excel in leading root cause analysis for silicon-to-system reliability failures, demonstrating advanced technical judgment. You have a strong history of leading multidisciplinary programs through significant ambiguity to deliver measurable business impact.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Google, you will use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your role will involve governing the development of technical roadmaps and white papers to drive engineering excellence. You will establish and optimize manufacturing test flows and quality standards across the memory supply chain to ensure product excellence.

Building alliances with executive stakeholders across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance will be crucial as you reconcile priorities and land resource plans. You will be responsible for tracking project progress and ensuring that all aspects of the program align with Google's strategic goals. Your leadership will be key in navigating the complexities of the memory industry, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality.

What we offer

At Google, you will be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact the future of technology. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, along with a culture that promotes professional growth and development.
