Google is seeking a Measurement Lead for their Large Customer Sales team to influence measurement strategies and develop executive customer relationships. You'll work with tools like marketing mix models and Google measurement capabilities. This role requires 8 years of experience in digital media or sales.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles. Your background includes working in both digital and offline advertising, where you've developed executive customer relationships to influence measurement strategies. You are skilled in assessing media performance for brand advertisers using tools such as marketing mix models (MMMs), brand lift studies, and reach measurement tools. Your experience with third-party measurement solutions and influencing senior advertiser and agency decision makers sets you apart. You have a strong understanding of the digital ad ecosystem and the recent measurement-led changes that impact it. Your knowledge of Google measurement capabilities across platforms, including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Google Analytics, is extensive.
You have experience with the implementation and configuration of measurement, web analytics, or attribution strategies, including data-driven attribution, cross-device measurement, and incrementality experiments. Your familiarity with offline data import and other measurement methodologies enhances your profile. You bring a passion for sales and a commitment to maximizing customer success, acting like an owner and moving with velocity through change. You find innovative and strategic ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and its customers.
In this role, you will ensure that the right durable measurement solutions are in place to increase insights that power AI-driven advertising. You will manage relationships with measurement, data, and analytics contacts, partnering with teams and other measurement specialists to drive the adoption of measurement solutions. Your responsibilities will include working with advertiser stakeholders to apply learnings, insights, and recommended actions effectively. You will be instrumental in uncovering business needs and translating them into actionable strategies that enhance measurement capabilities. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that measurement solutions align with customer objectives and drive measurable results.
