What you'll do

As a Senior Security Engineer on Datadog’s Internal Trust team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the security of customer data. You will identify risks to customer data and build tools to survey the state of data storage and access at Datadog. Your work will involve discovering unsafe usage patterns, communicating risks, and assisting teams in finding safer solutions that fit their needs. You will coordinate with different parts of the organization to advocate for trust, transparency, and control over customer data access. You will have the opportunity to engage in full-stack engineering, customer-facing product design, and policy improvements, ensuring that security measures align with business objectives. You will also contribute to a culture of collaboration and creativity within the team, helping to foster an environment where innovative security solutions can thrive.
