Zeeco is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support their Legal Department with contract management and compliance matters. You'll work closely with corporate attorneys and require strong organizational skills and familiarity with document management systems.
You are a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal with experience in contract management and document control. You thrive in a corporate environment and can manage competing priorities effectively. Your strong communication skills enable you to serve as a reliable point of contact for legal-related matters across the organization. You possess a proactive approach to managing legal processes and have a deep familiarity with contract workflows. You understand the importance of confidentiality and have a high attention to detail, ensuring that all legal documents are accurate and well-organized.
Experience with contract lifecycle management systems or similar document control tools is preferred. You are technologically proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong analytical abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Your ability to interface with both domestic and international clients is a key asset in this role.
In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and non-disclosure agreements. You will maintain and organize the Legal Department’s document repository, ensuring accurate versioning, secure access, and proper archiving of legal records. You will proactively identify opportunities to streamline legal workflows and implement best practices for operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include preparing and distributing correspondence, maintaining legal department records, and assisting the General Counsel and corporate attorneys in reviewing, editing, and drafting routine legal documents. You will also support compliance and corporate governance matters, both domestic and international, ensuring that all legal processes align with the company's commercial activities.
