What you'll do

In this role, you will support the HR team in various employee relations investigations and assist with conflict resolution. You will maintain the HRIS for all employee life-cycle processes, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date. Responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies will be a key part of your daily responsibilities. You will serve as the onboarding point of contact for new hires, helping them transition smoothly into SpaceX. Additionally, you will assist with HR reporting and audit requests, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.

You will also help create, document, and implement human resources policies and programs, ensuring that they align with company goals. Responding to initial unemployment claims and employment verifications will be part of your duties, as you support the HR team in delivering core HR services. Your role will be vital in maintaining a positive employee experience and supporting the mission of SpaceX.
