Businessolver is seeking an Implementation Configuration Specialist to ensure the integrity and accuracy of client data shared with carriers. This remote role focuses on system configuration and process documentation.
You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to ensuring that client programs are executed flawlessly. Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you have a proven track record of managing multiple tasks effectively. You understand the importance of following processes and documentation to maintain high standards in system configuration. You are proactive in identifying discrepancies and communicating with internal partners to resolve issues. You take pride in your work and are driven to deliver exceptional results for clients.
In this role, you will participate in the review and validation of raw materials to ensure they meet the necessary requirements. You will be responsible for completing system configurations in accordance with the established documentation. Supporting key work processes for Annual Enrollment and New Services Implementation will be a critical part of your responsibilities. You will conduct self-quality assurance on all system build work to maintain high standards. Establishing and following global process documentation will be essential, and you will report any discrepancies you find. Daily communication with internal partners will help you stay aligned with current projects and tasks, ensuring that you maintain capacity and productivity throughout your work.
