Verkada is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Image Processing to develop and optimize imaging pipeline components. You'll work with C++ and Python to enhance camera performance and image quality.
You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on image processing — your experience includes developing algorithms for camera systems and optimizing imaging pipelines. You are proficient in C++ and Python, and you understand the intricacies of image quality tuning and evaluation. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with hardware and firmware teams to push the boundaries of camera performance. Your analytical skills allow you to evaluate image quality through rigorous lab and field testing, providing data-driven insights that enhance user experience.
