You have extensive experience in customer success management, ideally with a focus on enterprise solutions. You understand the importance of driving value realization and customer retention through effective program execution and relationship management. Your leadership style fosters collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the lifecycle. You are adept at building strong relationships with regional leaders and customers, utilizing various engagement methods to enhance customer advocacy and satisfaction.
You possess a deep understanding of procurement, finance, and supply chain solutions, which allows you to guide customers effectively in their adoption journey. Your hands-on experience in customer success or client delivery leadership equips you with the skills to navigate complex customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. You are recognized for your thought leadership in customer success strategies and tools, demonstrating a track record of successful execution in fast-paced environments.
In this role, you will lead and scale the customer value team, focusing on driving ongoing value realization for Coupa’s customers in the Americas. You will be responsible for executing programs and processes that enhance customer adoption and utilization of Coupa’s solutions. Collaborating closely with teams across Sales, Services, Partners, Product, Operations, Enablement, and Marketing, you will ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and experience.
You will develop and implement methodologies that promote customer retention and long-term partnerships, leveraging your expertise to guide your team in delivering exceptional service. Your role will involve fostering relationships through one-on-one meetings and larger events, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into Coupa’s offerings. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, helping them to grow in their roles and enhance their skills in customer success management.
