Vanta is seeking a Renewal Specialist to manage renewals and retention for early-stage companies. You'll collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Vanta's product offerings.
You have experience in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment. You understand the importance of customer retention and have a knack for building strong relationships with clients. You are proactive in addressing customer needs and aligning solutions to their objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. You are comfortable working with a diverse range of clients and can adapt your approach based on their unique requirements. You are a team player who values collaboration and understands the significance of working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
As a Renewal Specialist at Vanta, you will own the renewals and retention process for a high-volume segment of early-stage companies. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sale commercial conversations, focusing on driving renewals and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will develop and maintain a strong operating rhythm to manage a large book of business and their renewal cycles effectively. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success organization to understand customer health and execute harmonious communication to accounts. You will take the initiative to learn Vanta's product roadmap and current offerings to speak confidently with customers about how Vanta can meet their needs. You will manage the entire sales cycle of any renewals and expansion opportunities, ensuring a positive customer experience and high growth in renewal rates.
