Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery operations are on pace to become one of the largest parcel carriers in the world and looking to hire a Program Manager to define the future requirements for Amazon’s India delivery operations focus on On road delivery process to delight our customers.

ROW Last Mile Product and SME (ROW LMPS) is seeking a Program Manager for Routing and Planning technology, Amazon Logistics. This role is accountable for influencing business-critical decisions around the operations tech that enable scale and deliver consistent, industry leading, performance. The individual will support the development and delivery of high-performance delivery tools for Operations. In this role, you will analyze data to diagnose processes, identify improvement opportunities, prescribe improvement strategies and guide the improvement effort. This role will manage large, complex initiatives, deal with ambiguity, balance speed with quality, and advocate on behalf of the customer to provide high-performance app based solutions to the field.

The ROW Last Mile Product and SME (ROW LMPS) is the bridge between tech and operations. We have significant knowledge and experience unique to Last Mile operations and technology. We bridge multiple disciplines such as operations, engineering and software development to assist these teams in solving problems and developing cohesive solutions that optimize the AMZL value stream. We are innovators that actively participate in the deployment, adoption and execution of tools and programs developed within AMZL. We mainly develop tech implementation and expansion strategies to integrate new software and tools seamlessly into the business, we prioritize Safety, Productivity and Quality to delight our customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve tools for product and process design
- Provide leadership in operational excellence, product development and phase gate systems
- Provide technical leadership for large-scale Tech solutions in India country
- Work with complex MHE, automation, and process design based on Lean Manufacturing
- Coordinate design efforts between internal teams to develop optimal solutions for the network considering geo nuances
- Ensure critical path timelines are met, resource needs are understood and project prioritization is visible to Sr. leadership
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal business partners
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives among site operations, engineering, and corporate systems groups
- Work closely with operations, product teams and engineering teams to root cause and solve complex problems related to increasing capability and reliability of our delivery systems
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- 2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
