What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the administrative aspects of the Field tech stack, overseeing implementation, user management, and daily maintenance. You will assist with data hygiene tasks across field systems, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis. Your responsibilities will include owning usage reporting and analysis from various systems, informing vendor renewal processes, and collaborating with regional and cross-functional teams to improve tool integration. You will analyze and optimize current system-driven processes to scale for growth and efficiency, contributing to project management efforts and developing project plans for software systems improvements. You will play a key role in enhancing business efficiency and managing new product implementations, ensuring that the tech stack evolves to meet the company's strategic goals.
