Overview

Cribl is seeking a Senior Director of Total Rewards to lead and scale their global compensation and benefits strategy. This pivotal role requires strategic clarity and operational excellence to support a complex, global workforce.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in total rewards management, ideally with a focus on global compensation and benefits strategies. You understand the nuances of rewards governance and have successfully partnered with executive teams to drive key initiatives. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment across the organization. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about creating inclusive and equitable compensation practices that support a diverse workforce.

You are adept at navigating the complexities of compensation frameworks and have a proven track record of implementing systems like Workday Advanced Compensation. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in total rewards programs. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and understand the importance of empowering employees to do their best work from anywhere.

Desirable

Experience with EU Pay Transparency initiatives is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in total rewards and employee engagement. You are proactive in seeking out best practices and are committed to staying ahead of industry changes that impact compensation and benefits.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of Cribl's global compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's mission and values. You will work closely with the Compensation Committee to mature rewards governance and drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages and developing innovative benefits programs that meet the needs of a diverse workforce.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compensation systems and tools that streamline processes and improve efficiency. Your role will also involve conducting regular audits of compensation practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. You will be a key player in preparing the organization for its next phase of growth, including IPO readiness, by ensuring that total rewards practices support the company's strategic objectives.
