What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Claude Experiences, you will lead a team of software engineers focused on developing backend systems for Claude.ai. Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute the creation of shared product capabilities that enhance the user experience across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers to align engineering efforts with business goals and user needs.

You will be responsible for establishing best practices in software development, ensuring that your team adheres to high standards of code quality and performance.
