Google is seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative II to drive enterprise sales for Google Cloud. You'll leverage your experience in cloud solutions and account management to build relationships and maximize business impact. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish and a strong background in B2B software sales.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company. Your expertise includes managing customer relationships and you are fluent in both English and Spanish, which is essential for supporting client relationship management in the region. You have a proven track record of selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software across various industries, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes. You are skilled in working with and leading cross-functional teams and partners during implementations and negotiations. Your experience includes commercial and legal negotiations, collaborating with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams. You excel at cultivating C-level relationships and influencing executives, and you have a passion for building Greenfield territories.
In this role, you will be part of the Google Cloud Platform team, helping customers transform and build what's next for their business with technology built in the cloud. You will manage complex business cycles, presenting to C-level executives and negotiating terms to drive business development. Your responsibilities will include owning operational excellence at scale, accurately forecasting, and achieving strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle. You will work cross-functionally with multiple teams and Google Partners to maximize business impact within enterprise customers. Your role will require you to effectively communicate and collaborate with Customer Engineers and customers' technical leads to inventory software estates, define migration plans, and build migration business cases. You will also be responsible for driving business development initiatives and ensuring that customer needs are met throughout the sales process.
