Overview

Ride Aventon is seeking a Dealer Development & Support Representative to grow their dealer network in Canada. You'll manage lead generation and support existing partners in sales and fulfillment. This role requires strong relationship management skills.

Who you are

You have experience in business development or sales, ideally within the B2B sector. You understand the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring they receive exceptional support. You are proactive in identifying new opportunities and have a knack for onboarding new partners into a network. You thrive in a role that combines growth driving with relationship management, ensuring that both new and existing partners are satisfied and successful.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing Aventon’s dealer network in Canada. You will manage inbound and outbound lead generation, identifying and qualifying potential new retailers to bring into the Aventon ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new dealers and ensuring they receive the necessary support across sales, fulfillment, shipping, and warranty needs. You will act as a relationship manager, maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with assigned partner shops, tracking their performance, and maximizing their success within the Aventon network. You will also be involved in creating a seamless partner experience that drives revenue and enhances dealer satisfaction.
