Color Health is seeking an Inventory & Supply Manager to oversee supply chain and inventory systems within their CLIA-certified laboratory. This role requires strong operational expertise and collaboration across various teams to ensure reliable and scalable supply operations.

Who you are

You are an experienced Clinical Lab Inventory & Supply Manager with a strong background in supply chain management and operational excellence. You thrive in complex environments and have a proven track record of leading change management initiatives and building effective systems. Your ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including Lab Operations, Quality, Finance, and Leadership, sets you apart as a key contributor to organizational success. You are skilled in managing vendor relationships and driving continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that supply operations align with business priorities.

You possess a deep understanding of inventory strategy and are adept at architecting solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise allows you to navigate challenges effectively, and you excel at fostering clarity and alignment among diverse teams. You are motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector, particularly in cancer care, and are committed to delivering high-quality results.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the operational owner for supply chain and inventory systems within Color's innovative Virtual Cancer Clinic. You will be responsible for developing and implementing inventory strategies that support the clinic's multidisciplinary approach to cancer care. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that supply operations are reliable and scalable, ultimately contributing to improved cancer outcomes for patients.

You will lead change management initiatives that enhance operational processes and drive continuous improvement efforts. This includes analyzing current inventory practices, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions that streamline operations. You will also manage vendor relationships, ensuring that supplies are sourced effectively and meet the clinic's quality standards.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Lab Operations, Quality, Finance, and Program Management to align supply operations with business priorities. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across teams will be crucial in driving clarity and alignment in your initiatives. You will also play a vital role in mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
