Replit is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to drive customer retention and expansion. You'll leverage your communication skills and technical background to help clients maximize value from Replit's platform. This role requires experience in customer success or account management within the SaaS industry.
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the SaaS industry, and possess excellent communication skills that enable you to engage effectively with clients. Your technical background, including some coding knowledge or experience with developer tools, allows you to understand and address customer needs effectively. You are passionate about customer success and have a keen interest in AI technologies, which aligns with Replit's mission to democratize software development. You thrive in client-facing situations and are adept at driving retention and expansion strategies that contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
Experience working with technical products or platforms is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to assist customers in maximizing the value of Replit's offerings. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and applications will also be beneficial in this role, as you will be helping clients navigate and utilize these innovative solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and success. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that leverage Replit's platform. Your role will involve driving customer retention through proactive engagement and support, as well as identifying opportunities for account expansion.
