What you'll do

As a Customer First Advocate, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers over the phone, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking support, and your role is crucial in maintaining a positive relationship between GoodLeap and its users.
