Your ability to lead through influence will be essential as you conduct group calibrations, requiring your subject matter expertise and attention to detail. You will contribute to the overall team effort by accomplishing individual tasks to completion, maintaining a focus on data integrity and producing high-quality work. Collaboration is key, as you will work with diverse teams and functions to ensure optimal customer collaboration and uphold Uber's cultural identity. You will identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities in training, processes, and policies, ensuring that the team remains agile and responsive to changes in the business environment.
