Who you are

You have a proven track record of leading product teams and driving product strategy, particularly in the sales technology space. With 5+ years of experience in product management, you understand the nuances of sales workflows and how to optimize them for success. You possess strong leadership skills, having managed multiple product managers and cross-functional teams, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can influence product direction.

Your background includes a deep understanding of the Quote to Cash process, from proposals and quotes to payments. You are adept at aligning product vision with business goals, ensuring that your team delivers solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.

You are passionate about building intuitive products that simplify complex processes. Your experience in B2B sales technology equips you with the insights needed to create category-defining solutions that resonate with SMBs and larger enterprises alike. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can pivot strategies based on market feedback and evolving business objectives.

Desirable

Experience with AI-powered solutions or sales automation tools is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks will help you excel in this role. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, and you enjoy mentoring and developing talent within your team.

What you'll do

As the Director of Product for Quote to Cash at PandaDoc, you will own the end-to-end vision and strategy for the sales workflows that drive our go-to-market efforts.
