Aircall is seeking an AE Manager for the DACH market to lead a team of Account Executives. You'll focus on revenue performance and team development in the Berlin office. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in sales management.
You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the DACH market. You understand the nuances of managing both Velocity (SMB) and Strategic (MM) segments, and you thrive in a hands-on leadership role where you can coach and develop your team. Your ability to drive revenue performance and ensure forecast reliability is paramount, and you are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team. You are results-oriented and have a knack for making informed decisions quickly, ensuring that your team is aligned and motivated to achieve their goals.
Experience in the customer communications or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven technologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of the market. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and you are committed to delivering extraordinary outcomes for your customers.
As the AE Manager for the DACH market, you will take full ownership of the Account Executive organization, managing a team of 7 AEs. You will report directly to the Managing Director DACH and be responsible for driving revenue performance across both SMB and MM segments. Your role will involve setting clear objectives for your team, monitoring their performance, and providing the necessary coaching and development to help them succeed. You will implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the AE team, ensuring that they are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
You will also be responsible for forecasting revenue and ensuring that your team meets or exceeds their targets. Regularly analyzing performance metrics will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. You will work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
