You are an enthusiastic and energetic individual who thrives in a team environment. As a Lot Attendant, you are self-motivated and take pride in ensuring that vehicles are clean and well-presented. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age. You can read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with your colleagues and customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at Carvana's Market Hubs. You will inspect each vehicle for any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns, ensuring that they meet the company's high standards. Regular washing and vacuuming of all inventory will be part of your routine, and you will complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. You will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and contribute to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
