Senior Program Manager, Data Platforms & MLOps

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the execution of critical projects within the Data Platform & MLOps Organization at WHOOP. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, sensor intelligence, and business analytics, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the organization's goals. You will be responsible for developing project plans, defining project scope, and managing resources effectively. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any challenges that arise. You will facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among team members. You will also be tasked with identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Your ability to see around corners and anticipate potential issues will be crucial in this role. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute their ideas and expertise.
