Affirm is seeking a Process Excellence Manager to lead complex cross-functional programs and initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leaders and various teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in designing efficient business processes.
You have a strong background in process excellence and project management, with at least 5 years of experience in leading cross-functional initiatives. You are data-driven and have a proven track record of designing simple and efficient business processes in complex environments. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that you can represent the Operations Organization and drive operational readiness for key business changes.
You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with senior leaders, product, engineering, and operations teams to align priorities and deliver measurable business impact. Your experience in developing clear program roadmaps and execution plans allows you to track progress against KPIs, timelines, and budgets effectively. You are detail-oriented and ensure that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, achieving desired business outcomes.
Experience in the financial technology sector or a similar industry is a plus. Familiarity with OKRs and strategic planning processes will enhance your ability to contribute to Affirm’s goals. You are comfortable using project management tools and methodologies to facilitate your work and ensure transparency across teams.
