What you'll do

As the Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and supporting existing products while unlocking new business opportunities for Robinhood. You will lead strategic initiatives that drive growth and improve operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform product development and business strategy. You will collaborate with Engineering to ensure that product features meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will work with Finance to develop financial models that support strategic decision-making. Your role will also involve engaging with external partners to explore new business opportunities and enhance Robinhood's financial offerings. You will be expected to present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing the direction of the Money team and the broader organization.
