Braze is seeking a Sales Director, Enterprise to lead a team of Account Executives and drive SaaS sales to enterprise-level clients. This role requires at least 8 years of experience in SaaS sales and strong leadership skills.
You have at least 8 years of experience in SaaS sales, particularly with enterprise-level clients, and you understand the nuances of managing a sales team. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can coach and develop others. You are driven by results and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with both your team and clients. You are adaptable and open to new perspectives, which is essential in a rapidly changing market. You understand the importance of teamwork and are committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or email solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in enterprise sales. You are comfortable using Salesforce and other sales tools to track performance and optimize processes. If you have experience in coaching outbound prospecting teams, that would be an added advantage.
In this role, you will lead a small team of Account Executives and outbound prospectors, setting high standards for performance and accountability. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and expand our enterprise client base. You will work closely with your team to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals. Your role will involve regular collaboration with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and offerings.
