Amazon is hiring an Agentic AI Teacher to create and annotate high-quality training data for Large Language Models. You'll work with Python and machine learning techniques in Chennai. This role is entry-level and requires flexibility for rotational shifts.
You are an innovative thinker with a strong interest in generative AI and the responsible development of Large Language Models (LLMs). You have experience in creating and annotating training data across various modalities, including text, image, and video. Your ability to write grammatically correct texts in different styles demonstrates your creativity and adherence to guidelines. You are comfortable interpreting technical documentation and implementing solutions accurately, diving deep into issues to find effective resolutions. You possess sound judgment and logical decision-making skills, especially when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information. You are eager to contribute to technological advancements in AI and improve customer interactions with Amazon's AI systems.
In this role, you will be part of the Data Team at Amazon, where you will deliver high-quality training data to enhance our proprietary LLM capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to create and annotate complex training data on various topics, ensuring that the data meets the required quality standards. You will write texts that are not only grammatically correct but also tailored to different styles and levels of creativity. Additionally, you will interpret technical documentation to implement solutions effectively, identifying and reporting any tooling bugs while suggesting improvements. Your work will directly impact how customers interact with Amazon's AI systems across multiple business lines, making your contributions vital to the company's success.
This is a fixed-term contractual role for one year, providing you with the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on AI advancements.
