ESO is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to create data models and analytical solutions that unlock insights from production cloud systems. You'll work with Power BI and dbt to deliver impactful data products. This role requires familiarity with cloud ETL/ELT and data visualization technologies.
You have a strong background in business intelligence and analytics, with experience in creating data models and analytical solutions that drive business insights. Your familiarity with modern cloud ETL/ELT and Data Warehouse strategies enables you to effectively support internal business teams. You possess a technical aptitude that complements your intellectual curiosity and understanding of business strategy, allowing you to leverage data to answer complex questions and optimize operational processes.
You are skilled in using data lakes and query languages to pull, cleanse, and prepare data for analysis. Your experience includes creating and implementing data semantic models using dbt, which enhances your ability to deliver high-quality data products. You are also proficient in building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring that stakeholders have access to actionable insights that inform decision-making.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with business stakeholders to capture essential reporting requirements and identify viable solutions. Your ability to translate business needs into technical specifications is a key strength, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
