What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing regulations that impact Nubank's operations in Mexico. You will lead project management efforts related to the implementation of new regulations and licensing processes, ensuring that all requirements are met in a timely manner. You will evaluate new products and features from a compliance perspective, providing insights and recommendations to product teams. Additionally, you will keep other teams informed about regulatory changes and their implications for the business. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to design and implement controls that mitigate regulatory risks. You will also be tasked with developing training materials and conducting sessions to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures. Your contributions will be vital in supporting Nubank's mission to redefine financial services while maintaining a strong compliance framework.
