Poppulo is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive customer engagement and align internal stakeholders for enterprise accounts. This role requires strong customer-facing skills and technical expertise to support product offerings.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within a software or technology environment. Your ability to understand customer objectives and align them with business outcomes is key to your success. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in enterprise-level customer success or account management is a plus. Familiarity with communications and workplace technology will help you excel in this role. A background in project management or technical support can also be beneficial as you navigate customer needs and expectations.
