Databricks is hiring an APAC Program Specialist to manage project management scope across the region, focusing on capital expenditures and strategic implementation. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in real estate or workplace management. You are skilled in developing strategies and implementing tactical solutions that drive organizational growth. Your ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders is key to your success, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to tracking project metrics and reporting.
Experience in managing construction projects or working with third-party vendors is a plus. Familiarity with capital expenditures and financial management will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are adaptable and willing to travel as needed to oversee project mobilization and ensure seamless execution.
In this role, you will oversee the full project mobilization lifecycle, from construction through to go-live. You will work closely with various teams, including Workplace Operations, IT, Security, and Food & Beverage, to ensure that new spaces are ready for activation. Your responsibilities will include developing project scopes of work, resource plans, and execution frameworks. You will manage requests for proposals (RFPs) and vendor selection processes, ensuring that all project deliverables align with organizational goals.
You will track and report on key project metrics, including goals, budgets, change management, and schedules. Your role will require you to lead the team’s largest projects, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be instrumental in creating functional and inspiring spaces that enhance the experience for employees, customers, and visitors.
